SWIFT SEATER – DRILL ATTACHMENT

PRECISION
These unique Swift Seaters have a precision ground stainless steel shaft fitting perfectly into a phosphorous bronze body. No lateral movement prevents out of square seating.

CLUTCH
When using the Swift Seater in 1/2″ taps the bronze body is started in the tap body about half a turn. The shaft (connected to a drill) is withdrawn until the rubber cone on the shaft contacts with the Swift Seater body and screws it in. This also works in reverse, to remove the Swift Seater. This ensures ease of operation for regular checking of the seat, so excessive machining does not shorten the life of the tap body. Drill not included.
